A selection of Shima and Monarch knitted samples, solely focusing on 3D structures and fold of fabric to create waves and ripples. The first three photographed pieces are made both solid and waterproof with the use of a yarn called Grillon. A yarn which when subjected to steam forms a glue and hardens.
